This 3-Way hamstring stretch is great at getting all of the hamstring musculature stretched. The 5 x for 5 second holds in each direction is an excellent way to warm up and stretch the muscles, but it also get the stretch receptors primed and ready to function. Great pre-workout stretch for BJJ.
