Balance Exercises To Improve Knee Stability When Returning To Bjj From An Injury.
When coming back from a knee injury, the recovery requires rehab of the trunk/core, hip, knee, and ankle. All of these areas must work together to address the impairment, to improve function, and reduce risk of re-injury. The goal is to keep training and stay on the mats and this is just one small aspect of recovery.
