Matt joins me on the podcast to discuss his MMA career and his journey as a martial artist who has had to overcome losing part of his leg at a young age. It was interesting getting to know Matt and learn how he has adapted his fighting style to be an effective MMA fighter and jiu-jitsu practitioner.

Dr. Kreiswirth has done numerous research studies and has written articles on BJJ-related injuries. On the podcast we discuss the prevalence and types of injuries in BJJ, injury prevention, rehab techniques, and the different rule sets that are used in various tournaments.
